The entire range of piping with standard fittings is available from DN 25 to DN 350, designed according to EN 13480 and AD 2000 calculation codes with flanges according to UNI-DIN and ASME 150/300, or on request up to DN 500.
Special tanks, jacketed reactors with various types of lids including flat, dished, and conical, jackets and heads for heat exchangers, piping, and end caps for columns are constructed according to EN 13445 calculation codes; accessories for reactors such as dip pipes, thermocouple wells, and wave breakers for process development and monitoring are also available for the most common applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
All components are designed and built in accordance with international directives ISO, PED, Atex, and with welding procedure qualifications guaranteed by inspection procedures of various notified bodies to offer full dimensional compatibility and absolute compliance with project conditions regarding pressures, temperatures, and use in processes with acids, solvents, and aggressive substances. The glass lining used has been developed by us over years of application experience to ensure absence of defects, minimum applied thickness, and maximum resistance in demanding applications.
