Glass-lined filters are equipment specifically designed for vacuum or medium-pressure solid-liquid separation processes, up to 6 bar, at temperatures ranging from -50 to 200°C, and involving the use of acids, solvents, or other aggressive substances.
We design and construct jacketed filters with diameters up to DN800 and variable volumes according to specific requirements, combining the glass-lined steel body, which offers high corrosion and pressure resistance, with a filtering plate made of virgin PTFE that ensures excellent chemical resistance properties even at high temperatures with optimal structural ductility.
Our construction technology also allows larger units to be equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic opening systems that facilitate and streamline the collection of the filtered product, cleaning, and maintenance of the unit. Each unit can also be equipped with Atex/PED certifications and agitation groups with suitable types of impellers in glass-lined steel, temperature probes, and process monitoring or support instrumentation.
