R-type glass-lined reactors

Compact and highly efficient solutions for pilot plants and research & development.

A series of jacketed reactors in glass-lined steel with capacities of 10, 20, 25, and 30 litres, featuring flat covers equipped with 2 inclined nozzles for loading, fitted with a sight glass and a vapor riser, along with 5 passages for the agitator, temperature probe with wave breaker, and services allowing process monitoring and execution such as dip tubes and other instrumentation.

The reduced volumes and dimensions, in addition to the self-supporting structure with legs mounted on brackets, make them particularly suitable for use within pilot plants or in research and development laboratories, without sacrificing the characteristics of glass-lined steel in the execution of processes at medium pressure and high temperatures.

The equipment is completed with a mixing unit featuring a double opposed flow-through mechanical seal type TAM, ATEX-rated motor with reducer, and anchor or impeller with 3 curved blades, in addition to optional insulation and mushroom valve.
